• Grinding ring is rotated by a motor/belt driven spindle to which 29kg of removable weights are attached that bear onto the eight rotating balls.
• A counter/switch assemble totals the number of revolutions and automatically stops the machine at the end of 60 revolutions.

Product Details:

Jaw Crusher consists of a fabricated mild steel body suitably stiffened. It is equipped with a jaw stock also made of M.S. mounted on an EN-8 eccentric shaft through double row anti-friction bearings. With provision for lubrication the above assembly is placed on the above body through another pair of self -aligned anti-friction bearing. The Jaw stock is held in position by a toggle and a pair of sliding blocks to increase or reduce the gap between the fixed and movable jaws .It is also held in position by a tie rod with a spring. Movable jaw of 10-12% Mn-Steel is placed on the jaw stock and the fixed jaw is placed on the crushing side of the body. The above assembly is placed on a channel type M.S. super-structure. Shaft is rotated by a motor through 'V' belt and pulley. A flywheel is also fitted to the shaft to conserve the momentum. Crusher is painted with 2 coats of red oxide after debarring and cleaning of surfaces followed by a coat of gray paint.
