Kelley Ball Penetration Apparatus: The apparatus is used to determine the workability of Portland cement concrete. The Kelly Ball test is considered to be simple and much faster than the slump test. Twice the Kelly Ball reading approximately equals the slump.
Salient Features :

Pozzolana Cement Mortar Permeability Apparatus:
For water proofing of concrete, admixture and special water proof cements are used. Water Proofing of these compounds, is established by measuring permeability of standard mortar. Permeability apparatus is used to determine permeability to water of cement mortar specimen with or without water proofing compound.
The Mortar Permeability Apparatus comprises brass / Gun Metal Cells mounted on a stand and a pressure chamber with a pressure regulator. The cell can accommodate 100mm Dia x 50mm High Specimen. Each Cell assembly consists of one base plate. The base plate has one outlet for water and recessed to hold the specimen in place with ring washer in between. The top plate has an inlet for water and a suitable connector for the application of pressurized water in the cell. The mould and collar are clamped between the base plate and the top plate with the help of four tension rods and nuts. The cells are mounted on a stand. The pressure chamber is fitted with a pressure regulator, which helps in regulating the pressure from 0-7kg/cm². The regulator has two pressure gauges, one for indicating the pressure in the chamber (0-10.5kg/cm².) and the other for indicating the testing pressure (0-7kg/cm².). The Pressure Chamber is connected to the cells with pressure hoses and with couplings. This pressure chamber is fitted with Schrader valve.

An extensive range of Rapid Moisture Meter is offering by us to the customers as per IS 2720 (PART II) on 0-25% and 0-50% for quick determination of moisture content of the material in powder forms such as coal pottery slip, soil, sand, cement and many more. Acetylene gas is generated when Calcium carbide comes in contact with moisture. This principle is used in a rapid moisture meter. A perfectly weighed quantity of samples is mixed with a specific quantity of calcium carbide reagent and the whole mixture is thoroughly shaken in a vessel to which a pressure gauge is fixed. The acetylene gas that is produced develops pressure. The instrument specifies moisture on a wet/weight basis and easily convertible to dry weight basis. It consists of a rubber sealing gasket, a pressure vessel with clamp for sealing cap, pressure gauge calibrated in percentage moisture content 0 -25% on a wet weight basis, one bottle of reagent approx. 450 gram, a scoop for measuring carbide reagent, a counted poised balance for weighing the sample, one cleaning brush, steel balls for through mixing and wooden carrying box with handle.

Rock Cutting Machine: Rock / Concrete / Masonry, saw cutting machine can be used to cut Rock Cores. Concrete Cores, Stones, Building materials and metallic specimens.
